This unit called “Electronica HiTech Machines Pvt.Ltd. (FabTech Division)” at Pirangut; Pune was put up in the July 2007 to cater to the Quality Sheet Metal Component requirement in the industry. We are now focusing on manufacturing world class Sheet Metal Components for use in Stainless Steel Clean Room Equipments & Furniture for Hotels, Hospitals & Pharmaceutical Industry etc. & Mild Steel Components for Electrical Cabinets, Control Panels, Compressor & Generator Canopies, Machine Covers, Elevator Claddings & Enclosure for the Industry. 
 
This facility with a total area of 80000 SQFT has an office space of 3000 SQFT & a covered Manufacturing & Assembly area of 22000 SQFT. Currently we are supplying Sheet Metal Canopies & Components to some of the reputed MNCs in India.

5)CONVEYOR BASED POWDER COATING PLANT

A Conveyor based Powder Coating Plant including 8 Tank Zinc Phosphating Henkel Chembond line for Pretreatment is the latest addition to the above Facility to cater to the ever increasing requirement of One Stop Solution for Sheet Metal Components with Powder Coating. Powder coating is carried out using Mitsuba Guns from Japan and Quality is ensured using a World Class Laboratory Set Up for Quality Testing. In addition to the statutory permissions & certification from Pollution Control Board, the Powder Coating Baking oven is LPG fired for giving pollution free environment. For Effluent treatment, a separate E.T.P PLANT is also put in Operation.

In the next phase of Expansion this year, it has been planned to add a 4.5KW CNC Laser Machine from Prima Industries, Europe, with a cutting capacity of 25mm thickness of MS.
